If you’ve contacted us for support recently and you never received a response, we’re extremely sorry. We discovered this evening that our web host implemented a new anti-spam policy some weeks ago that prevented a significant number of support requests and suggestions from ever reaching us. We’ve since resolved the issue, and were fortunately able to recover the missing messages (a bit more complicated than checking the spam folder, but we did manage to find them.)

Again, we sincerely apologize for this unacceptable problem. Our provider will be fired at the soonest opportunity, and we’ll be doing our best to get back in touch with each customer as soon as possible. Thank you for your continued support and patience while we do everything within our power to fix this unfortunate incident.

Update: We’ve now contacted everyone who was affected by this issue and are working hard to resolve any outstanding support requests as quickly as possible. Thanks for your continued patience as we catch up.
